RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
- RETURN POLICY
Refund shall only be granted in case of spillage with the proper satisfaction of the concerned person of the company.
We will provide a refund/replacement for the product at our sole discretion.
The customer shall raise any problem related to product within 48 hours of the order receipt by the customer. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email) however we will try to create a pickup if possible.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
- All customers must contact Kiwiandcoco.in for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- Kiwiandcoco.in will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to kiwiandcoco.in
Note: Kiwiandcoco.in reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your amount to the original payment method or wallet, once it has been processed.

The complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
